  • Business Psychology (B.Sc.)
Business Psychology is the practice of understanding and improving working life. It combines an understanding of the science of human behaviour with experience of the world of work to gain effective and sustainable performance for both individuals and organisations. What kind of environment do employees need for their optimal development? And how can teams be led effectively? The economy is one of the largest employers of business psychologists. With their specialist knowledge of psychological and economic interrelationships, they play a major role in helping companies to better understand their customers and employees, and in establishing a good working atmosphere. As a bachelor student of "Business Psychology” at the CBS International Business School, you will acquire the basics of business administration and economics, strategic management, and psychology. After graduating in Business Psychology, you can take on higher management positions in marketing, management consulting, or human resources departments.

Finance and Management (B.Sc.) Bachelor's Degree in Germany
Do you have a passion for numbers? The “Finance and Management” (Bachelor of Science) course is a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a focus on finance. As a Finance Manager you will later take on a key position in companies and will be responsible for money management. Due to their high affinity for analytical processes, graduates of this study programme are predestined for career entry to classic companies in the financial sector, such as banks, insurance companies and the stock exchange.

    International Business (B.A.)
Studying International Business at CBS can provide you with the decisive career advancement that a normal business studies programme may not be able to offer. As the world of business has become globalized, almost every kind of business today is international business. This can be seen by the fact that the company language of large, international corporations and German medium-sized companies is often English. The reason: customers and company locations around the world require comprehensive, international business know-how from their employees. This also being the reason why English is the study language for our degree programme – and internationality is at its core. Beginning in the third semester, you will specialize in a field of your choice:
