Focus of Study: For students who want to dedicate more time to reaching their English goals quickly and personalise their course through a choice of electives, the Intensive course offers a chance to gain greater fluency and accuracy in a short period of time. Speaking, Listening, Reading and Writing. Of course other skills such as pronunciation, grammar, vocabulary, and spelling all play a role in effective English communication. On an Intensive English course you will have the time and opportunity to work on all of these.

Curriculum:
Average of 20 lessons of The General English Courses per week will be given to the students. The purpose of this course is for students to have more confidence in their conversational English. Extensive vocabularies the students will learn will dramatically improve their English.The General English courses start every Monday and are offered all year around. In the mornings, each student will receive lessons that are general and more comprehensive in order to help the students overall understanding of English. In the afternoons, instructions for more focused and special studies will be provided. The minimum qualifying age for this course is 16.The General English courses have different levels from Beginner to Advanced. When the students arrive at EC Boston, they will take a placement test to find a suitable level of instructions. However, this first placement will not be permanent, since at the end of every session students will be reevaluated and placed into different levels based on their improvement.Instructions given during the courses will be focused in five areas (grammar, reading, writing, speaking, and listening); and these courses will assist students to develop not only their general language skills but also their communication skills and conversational speech abilities. Every class will have 10 to 12 students on average and 14 at maximum. Class sizes are consciously planned to make the most ideal environment for students.

Student Residence
good option for students who are on a limited budget, a Student Residence residence provides good basic accommodation and the chance to interact with other EC students. Shared Apartments
Shared apartments offer more freedom and independence. Because students share with other international students, they are suited to those who wish to be more self-sufficient. They are good value for money and are a good basic level of accommodation. Distance to school: depending upon location, from a 1 minute walk to a 15 minute bus journey.

Our Malta English school is located in St. Julian's, a charming tourist resort built around a small bay. EC Malta is one of the few English language schools to hold the international ISO 9001 quality accreditation. Classrooms are comfortable, bright and air-conditioned. The school also has a free internet room, 2 roof-top gardens, a student lounge, a big cafe, a business lounge, and subsidised access to one of Malta’s best gyms and 5-star Beach Club.

Getting to school from the airport
How to get to schoolOn the first day, your host family will explain how to get to EC Malta in St Julians. They will help you find the nearest bus stop and tell you which route and numbers to take. The bus terminus in St Julians is conveniently located next to EC Malta. If you are staying in an EC residence, your Adult Handbook contains a map to guide you to school. Residences are within walking distance of the school.
NOTE: Students arriving at Malta International Airport should bring with them a printout of their EC Booking Confirmation, together with their embarkation card, to show immigration officials.

몰타에 있는 EC어학원에서 어학연수를 하고 온 학생 입니다ㅎ_ㅎ 처음엔 미국이나 캐나다 같은 더 큰 나라에서 공부하고 싶었던 마음도 있었는데 비용도 만만치 않은터라 다른 저렴한
곳을 찾아보다가 스터디데스티니를 통해몰타라는 나라가 있다는 것을 처음 알게 되었어요~ 이미 관광지로 유명한
곳 이였더라구요. 생각보다 어학연수도 많이 가시기도 하고 해서 저도 이쪽으로 가게 되었는데역시나 관광지로 유명한 나라답게 눈이 너무 즐거웠고 학원 커리큘럼도 잘되어있어서 공부하기도 아주 수월했어요! 어학원의 커리큘럼은 그래도 대부분 잘되어있잖아요~ 나라 선정이 중요 한거 같은데 몰타라는 나라는 정말 어학연수를 하는 동안 매일 새로운 나날들을 보내게 해주었어요
ㅎ.ㅎ 게다가 우리나라와 몰타 간은 무비자 협정으로 3개월동안은별도의 비자 없이 체류가 가능하다고 해서 비자가 제일 머리 아팠는데 참 맘에 들었었죠 ㅎㅎ 그 이상의 체류를
원하시더라고 일시체류비자를 발급받아 비자를 연장할 수 있는데 이민국에서 간단한 절차로 가능해요!
기회가 되면 다시 방문하고 싶었던 그런 곳 이였어요!! 관광지뿐만
