  • Frances King’s commitment to excellence has made us one of London’s leading English language schools, welcoming over 6000 students each year. The school was founded in 1973 and now have 40 years’ experience of teaching English. Frances King promises each student a professional language programme, adapted to their learning needs and interests, and an enjoyable cultural experience in the world city. All Frances King staff – course and accommodation advisors, activity organizers, course directors and,above all, teachers – are here to help students make maximum progress with their English and enjoy their stay. Frances King has schools in central London - in Kensington and Belgravia all year and in Marylebone in summer. All our schools are in travel zone 1 close to underground stations and tourist attractions.

Course Information

  • Focus of Study :
    This course develops practical communication skills, with special emphasis on speaking and listening but also including reading and writing. By learning and practising new language in imaginative and structured lessons, students achieve greater fluency and accuracy in English. Grammar, vocabulary and colloquial English are covered systematically. Two days a week students can enjoy a light lunch in small groups with Frances King staff or other guest native speakers. Semi Intensive course has Professional English and Language skills. 

    Curriculum : 
    Semi Intensive General English program consists of 20 lessons per week and starts every Monday. Students with elementary level or above can enter and can be enrolled in the program from 1 to 48 weeks.

Course Information

    Curriculum : 
     Intensive General English program consists of 25 lessons per week and starts every Monday. Students with elementary level or above can enter and can be enrolled in the program from 1 to 48 weeks. Key electives courses include Social English for everyday life, English for work and business, TOEIC examination preparation, Academic English to prepare for University, and Culture Arts and Media.  

    Classroom Hour : 9.00-12.00 (General English)13.10-15.00 (Electives)Monday to Friday

もう結構前になりますが、以前ここに留学しました！
懐かしいです
あの頃は初級者レベルの英語しかしゃべれなかったんですが、
ここの授業は話すことに重点を置いているので
会話力をつけたいかたにお勧めです。
ケンブリッジ検定の会場にもなってるので、検定受ける時も変に緊張せず
いつものコンディションで受けられました笑
宿泊施設もホームステイや寮やレジデンスなどいろいろ紹介してくれます。
ロンドンという都会で色々初めてのことが多かったですが、
無事に楽しく過ごせたのはこの学校のおかげだと思ってます。

我已經研究了很久，以前在國外學習過！
這是懷舊的。
那時候我只能在初學者說英語，
因為這裡的班級專注於講話
建議給那些想要有談話技巧的人。
它也成為劍橋考試的地點，所以我參加考試並不奇怪
我能夠在平常的情況下得到它
住宿還介紹寄宿家庭，宿舍和住宅。
倫敦這個城市第一次有很多事情，
我認為這是為了感謝這所學校，我們能夠安全，安全地玩樂。
