Applicant doesn’t have to worry about application process if applicant is using Studydestiny for application since our staffs are checking application status.

If there’s not that much of time until the date of entrance to the school, you may call or fax them first then mailing them again. If you’re calling them, you must note the person’s name you’re talking to and write a letter with mentioningas “As Iinformed on ___ month ___date”.Generally, application fee is non-refundable. For tuition and deposit refunds, please ask to the school directly.

A. The deadline of application is different with each schools depends on type of schools and type of programs. If it’s an institute affiliated with a college education, it has a deadline of application and sometimes they close the application acceptance date earlier once the number of students are full.However, some private institutes can be applied anytime.We recommend you to apply 8 to 10 weeks before the day of program starts as the latest to consider the time to take for admission and visa process.

School will send documents for changing process after receiving information of your changing program, and then you need to make sure there’s no problem with documents. This process is not different as online and mailing application. If you already paid your tuition, you might need to pay additional tuition or requesting for refund.It’s better to get refund one you get to the school since refund process takes long time to get through and there would be less additional fee if you get refund while you’re studying. If you need to pay for additional tuition, check with the school if it needs to be paid in advance or once you get to the school. Also if there’re any changes regarding to period of staying and moving to different residence, you must let the residence facility in advance. If you’re staying on-campus housing, contact to the housing office as soon as possible. If you will have your private residence, it also needs to be informed with your changed information.If you’re willing to stay with host family, it doesn’t really a problem to stay longer but it’d give you a bad impression if you don’t contact them as soon as possible and it can be a reason of having an uncomfortable study abroad. If you’re living in a dorm, it might be flexible but still needs to be contacted immediately in case of there’s no more available room.

A. If there’s no contact regarding to admission process after submitting all documents they asked, you need to contact with admissions office for hurry. In this case, you need to give them information of your name, the date of submitted documents, program to study, confirmation of tuition payment and asked them for a letter of acceptance. It can be delayed if it’s office off days or national holidays.If you sent your application with mailing, email the admissions office for a confirmation of receiving your application. You need to ask for another acceptance letter and other documents if you haven’t received. If you’re in hurry due to visa process, you need to ask for an express mail.

A. Schools usually asking for deposit before entrance of the school. Tuition deposit is different with application fee and it’s a payment of part of your tuition. Later on, you need to pay your rest of the tuition after you paid tuition deposit. There are many ways to pay deposit but check with the school for the direction of the payment. You could make a payment as sending checks, credit card, and wire transfer.

Affidavit on support is a document to prove that a student has enough financial support to study abroad and also need to submit this document for admission and visa process.When the school suggests the amount of money, you can request an affidavit on support from a bank. The amount of money can be different depends on schools so please check with the school before getting this document.

A.Schoolsare asking to submit recommendation letters to see the student’s creativity, attitude towards to study, personality. Once the school is asking you a recommendation letter, you could ask to your professor, former teacher who you studied with, supervisor at work. The amount of a letter is 1-2 pages of A4(letter sized) paper.

If it’s in hurry, you could send the copies via fax then send the original documents with mailing but make sure check with the schools for this first before sending them. Schools will start all the process after receiving the original copies so please prepare them in advance.
