Our wonderful location in Dublin City makes us a great choice to learn English. Our English Language School has modern well-equipped classrooms with wi-fi available throughout the building. Our Language courses are designed to allow each student to achieve excellence and proficiency in the use of English.

  • Focus of Study :

    Teachers use a personal approach to ensure that students develop at their own pace, while focusing on the key elements of language learning such as grammar, vocabulary, receptive, productive skills and basic practical language functions, such as:

    Dealing with daily problems and life situations:Going to the bank and opening an accountAsking for directionsVisiting a doctor/dentist and describing symptomsTelephone skillsLetter-writing skills - cover letters, complaint letters, emails etcCurriculum Vitae - structure and content

    Classes also include specifically designed cultural lessons which focus on different aspects of Irish culture. Some of these lessons are also linked to trips which are taken during class-time to museums and historical areas around the city.

    This course is available at all levels from Beginners to Advanced and you will be placed in a class which is suitable for your level. The course focuses on the four main aspects of language: reading, writing, listening and speaking. You’ll also learn vocabulary and grammar, and how to speak in formal and informal discussions and strategies.

  • Accommodation type: Home Stay - Irish Host Family
    Shared Room: €200 per week* Single Room: €230 per week
    Includes:
    - Breakfast and dinner everyday
    - Laundry once per week
    - Students can arrive any day
    - Accommodation is arranged in a carefully selected family on request
    - No refund if a student makes alternative arrangements during this time
    - No allowance will be made for absence from the family during the time booked/arranged, or for late arrival or early departure
    *Please note shared rooms are just for 2 people booking at the same time.

    To confirm accommodation bookings, we require the student's flight details and full payment confirmed at least 30 working days prior to arrival as most accommodation providers will not guarantee a booking without a valid proof of the student's schedule.
    Accommodation bookings are subject to availability. Accommodation booking fee is non-refundable. All accommodation prices are per person per week (7 nights). There is a two week to one-month cancellation policy for accommodation, depending on accommodation provider terms and conditions.

Surrounding Area

  • Dublin, capital of the Republic of Ireland, is on Ireland’s east coast at the mouth of the River Liffey. Its historic buildings include Dublin Castle, dating to the 13th century, and imposing St Patrick’s Cathedral, founded in 1191. City parks include landscaped St Stephen’s Green and huge Phoenix Park, containing Dublin Zoo. The National Museum of Ireland explores Irish heritage and culture.

    We have four dedicated IT Labs for you to use across our two campuses. They are equipped with various specialist programs designed for courses including Data Analytics, Desktop Publishing and Programming.

    Library and information facilities are available for your academic and research requirements. Our two libraries are staffed with skilled and qualified librarians.

    Canteens + breakout areas 
    There are several student canteen and breakout areas on the two campuses for you to use. They come with kitchen preparation spaces, and breakout areas for you to meet other students and relax.

  • As a student you'll have instant access to a wide range of activities to help you develop your social and professional path - from networking events with recruiters, day-trips to iconic destinations, to our monthly bookclub. We organise regular monthly events for you to meet and network with students from other courses at the College. We offer day trips to cultural institutions around Dublin for you to take part in, including Dublin Culture Night, Collins Barracks, Malahide Castle and the Temple Bar markets. If you are new to Ireland, why not join one of our many day trips to iconic tourist destinations, like the Cliffs of Moher, Galway, Cork and more.
