IE University is a private university with campuses in Madrid, Community of Madrid and Segovia, Castile and León, (Spain). IE University's programs are run in English and Spanish, and are compliant with the terms of the European Higher Education Area (Bologna Process).The campus is situated beside the Eresma River, at the foot of the old city walls that surround Segovia's historic quarter and a five-minute walk from Segovia's Roman Aqueduct of Segovia. The IE University campus has a surface area of over 18,000 m/2. In addition to the existing IE Business school campus, IE University's new campus, known as “Campus IE” and located in the north of Madrid, will host 6,000 students and have a surface area of 50,000m2

• Location: up to 15 minutes walking distance from the campus.
• Apartments of up to 7 individual rooms with the possibility of private bathrooms.
• The monthly rent includes services akin to those of a residence, such as the following: wifi, daily cleaning service, changing of sheets and towels, electricity, heating, water, a 24-hour reception desk, package collection, and a partial meal plan from Monday to Friday. With the tastes and dietary needs of the students always taken into account, a full daily breakfast service is provided.

Surrounding Area
Segovia is a historic city northwest of Madrid, in central Spain's Castile and León region. Its centuries of settlement have resulted in a rich architectural legacy, including medieval walls, Romanesque churches, a former royal palace and a Gothic cathedral. Its iconic ancient Roman aqueduct has more than 160 arches, most in the original mortarless granite, and stands above Plaza Azoguejo in the heart of the city.
