Since 1999, The Royal Canadian Institute of International Studies (RCIIS) has been helping students from around the world learn English in a welcoming and a supportive environment. RCIIS offers various English programs from beginner to advanced level students. Our teachers create a fun learning atmosphere while assisting students with any weaknesses they may have. The counselors at RCIIS are friendly and approachable and they work closely with students to design a customized path to reach their study goals.

At RCIIS, we truly believe in our motto, “learning by doing”. This belief plays a major part in everything we do in our school. While studying here, students will have ample opportunities to practice and reflect on their learning. Students are always encouraged to speak, discuss, and share their points of view in all our classes. This educational philosophy helps to create long-lasting relationships with their classmates. This educational philosophy allows our students to be confident with their newly acquired English skills upon graduation. Students don’t just learn English at our school; they use it day by day in a variety of ways.

At RCIIS, we offer several convenient ESL packages for you to choose from. These packages are designed for students who want to apply to multiple programs at a time. We offer three different packages which are based on the number of hours you choose to study per week and the level of your English proficiency.

You can decide on a package which best suits your budget, learning goals, and length of your stay with us. Our counsellors will assist you in choosing the appropriate program after assessing your level of English on your first day of school.

Our ESL Standard Package consists of 20 hours per week with your choice of classes that run in the morning or evening.
