Conditional Admission
TLC supports students' transfer to other universities via conditional admission under the assumption that students pay all applicable fess and submit required documents before the official process begins. Conditional admission applications cannot go over two per student. Required documents include completed and signed TLC APS Screening/Release Form, Institution admission application, financial documents, immunization records, recommendation letters and much more. Please refer back the the website in order to get a set list of required documents. Students who have completed TLC Level 9 will receive a waiver on their TOEFL requirement.
