◇Free moving service between houses
In Japan, the old lifetime employment system began to collapse, it is normal to move to another job or other place.
In order to help you to secure your place to stay despite the sudden change of work place, Crosshouse offers a free moving service between 300 houses and 3,500 rooms.
◇Free re-entry
If you have been out of Crosshouse for less than a year, you can re-enter with free initial cost.
For example, people who first came to Japan for a study and came back with a working holiday visa.
◇No need for guarantor・Online contract
Usually in Japanese real estate, a guarantor is required and you must sign a paper contract, but in Crosshouse, contracts can be made online with an emergency contact without the need for a guarantor.
◇Don't need to receive keys with a SmartKey
Starting in 2020, SmartKeys will be introduced sequentially, allowing you to open your house with a smartphone app, and you won't have to come to the office to collect the keys.

Is there an age limit?
Yes, we do. 18 to 39 years old. The age limit for fully furnished room is 18 to 49.

Can I bring a friend over to the room?
Third parties are prohibited for security reasons.

Can I reserve a vacancy?
For SA-XROSS, SB-XROSS series, you can reserve a room for 30 days counts from the available date for free. Fee will be charged when it is more than 30 days. Other houses have a 14 days of reservation period for free.
Is there a smart lock charge?
Yes, we charge 1,000￥ plus tax per month for the system.

Do you provide a mattress and quilt?
We don't provide one, but we have a rental service.

※A cancellation fee will be charged when you use this service less than 5 months which is 5,000￥ plus tax.
