  • Internat Schloss Buldern is a historic boarding school located in Dülmen, Germany. The school was founded in 1898 by the Barons von Romberg, and it has been in operation ever since. The school is situated in a beautiful Schloss (castle) that was built in the 12th century. The school has a long and rich history, and it has played an important role in the education of young people in Germany. The school has a strong academic tradition, and it offers a variety of programs for students of all ages.

  • Focus of Study :
    We support your child on her/his way to successful final exams. The key to successful results is intense and individual care. Small tutor groups, free choice of subjects as well as highly motivated and qualified teachers make possible an optimal education for your child.

    Benefit, Goal of this course :
    Qualified and motivated teachers. We can dispose of a lot more teachers than state schools. As the tutor groups and courses are much smaller, teachers can directly judge the students` success. In case of problems teachers can react immediately and they can take their time to repeat subject matters the students have problems with.  In addition we offer private lessons for each subject and kids with deficits in reading and spelling can take part in special courses.

    The costs for a school year amount to 30.000€.
    For separate costs you have to pay an additional monthly amount of 100€.The costs are itemized and controlled. Unspent money will be refunded, when the student leaves the boarding school.

Surrounding Area

  • In the middle of an enchanted nature park lies Buldern Castle, the ancestral home of the Barons von Romberg and now the residence of around 200 students from the Buldern Castle boarding school. In addition to the moated castle, the boarding school is also housed in two dormitories. Here the boys and girls live in single or double rooms, all of which have an internet connection. In addition to the boarding school students, children and young people from the region also take advantage of the school offerings at Buldern Castle, although in separate learning groups up to the 10th grade. In this way, the boarding school students can also exchange ideas with external students, make friends and build bonds.
