    The residential complex was opened in September 2017. There are a total of 209 places for students in the residential buildings:
    The 160 individual full apartments offer their own kitchenette and bathroom.
    In 46 apartments (of which ten rooms on the ground floor are suitable for wheelchair users), which are divided into 2-person flat shares, two tenants use the kitchenette and the bathroom together. The 2-person apartments can also be used as single-parent apartments. A 3-person shared flat, in which three tenants share a kitchen and a bathroom, rounds off the housing offer.

    Mayor-Zeiler-Str. 14-16, 84036 Landshut
    Built in 1992, the residential complex offers 114 apartments with private bathrooms in two buildings, two of which are suitable for the disabled. The communal kitchens are shared by the residents. The remaining 16 apartments are each furnished in the form of a 2-person shared flat, in which two tenants share a kitchen and a bathroom.

    Ritter-von-Schoch-Str. 8, 84036 Landshut
    The residential complex was opened in October 2015 and offers a total of 208 apartments. Of these, 151 are single full apartments with their own kitchen and bathroom. Three other single full apartments are handicap-friendly and have about twice the living space. A further 36 apartments are furnished in the form of a 2-person shared flat, in which two tenants share a kitchen and a bathroom. 18 apartments in the form of three 6-person flat shares, in which six tenants share a kitchen and a bathroom, complete the range of accommodation.

Surrounding Area

  • Landshut is a city straddling the River Isar in Bavaria, southern Germany. It’s known for the medieval Trausnitz Castle, with its views across the old town. Within the castle is the Chamber of Art and Curiosities, displaying artifacts collected by the Wittelsbach dukes. In the old town, Gothic St. Martin’s Church has a tall brick tower. Close to the Isar is the Ländtor, a gate from the town’s medieval fortifications.
