    To access to Universities within Germany

    Benefit, Goal of this course :

    If you don't meet the requirement of German national university, you need to go through Studienkolleg(Foundation Year) to get into University.

    UE Studienkolleg is opened in October, 2020. It is 28 weeks course and maximum numbers of student for each course is 36.

    There are two options of language for this program which is German and English

    Iserlohn campus where you will be studying is placed in third as a most beautiful campus within Germany.

    UE runs “FESTSTELLUNGSPRÜFUNG” commonly known as a final graduation test for Studienkolleg students and its quality of program is guaranteed by German government.

    Public Studienkolleg's tuition fee is free however because of high demand it requires high grade in high school academic record and Germen official language level. UE's Studienkolleg program will be a good alternative to save time for students who doesn't like to wait for a public Studienkolleg program.  

    In UE,
    - there is a care system for a young students
    - tutoring system for all subjects and a variety of activities for language
    - experience campus life in university
    - help service for accommodation
    - sports programs
    - free German lessens for foundation in english students
    - support and mentoring service to get into public university.

  • For Iserlohn campus, there is the apartment house located at the opposite side of the university. The building was used as an office building until autumn 2016 and it's completely renovated at the end of 2016. It's converted into an apartment building, There are 29 apartments in a room size of approx. 24-39 qm with spacious bathrooms with shower/WC, each apartment has a storeroom. Furthermore, on the 1st floor there is a common room and a laundry room with washing machines and dryers (use with coins). The apartments are equipped with satellite TV and internet connection. 
    - A barrier-free apartment is offered in a room size of approx. 50qm with correspondingly large bathroom. A stair lift is available. 
    - Parking lots as well as parking lots for bicycles are available on the nearby total parking lot. 
    - The apartment house is managed by a professional property manager (caretaker service on campus)
    - The rental costs are around EURO 15/ qm

    Or there are apartments options outside of campus.

Surrounding Area

  • - Signal-lduna Stadium Dortmund is the largest football stadium in Germany and it takes only 1 hour from the campus.
    - Bike Arena Sauerland offers fresh, clear air, wide views over hills and mountains, quiet streets and paths.

Top Native Language by Center

  • 3500 students from 110 nations are studying in UE at the moment. Korean students occupied only 0.2% (7 students). 30% of Indian students, 25% of Chinese students and other nationalities such as Russian, American, Canadian are consist of UE's international students population. 

    In Berlin campus, there are 60% of German students and 40% of International students. Hamburg campus is composed to 90% of locals and 10% of Internationals. Iserlohn campus is consist of 95% of locals and 5% of internationals.
