A、ELSボーリンググリーンでは、週に数回アクティビティを実施しています。
毎週企画内容は異なりますが、その一例を以下でご紹介します。

また、芸術に力を入れているホスト校のボーリンググリーン州立大学では、1年を通して演劇、音楽、デジタルアート、ダンスなどのさまざまな文化的イベントが行われています。
学生のみならず、近隣の学校やオハイオ北部の住民にも親しまれているプラネタリウムは、118席を備えた公共の科学館です。
ブラックスワンプアートフェスティバルは、毎年開催されるアートと地域社会を繋ぐ芸術祭です。

中村

私の場合は勉強だけが目的というよりかは、勉強しながらアメリカの滞在自体を楽しみたいという目的だったので、

セミインテンシブコースを選択しました。
このコースだと授業は午前中のみで、午後は自分の時間を持てるので、
勉強してもよし、観光してもよし、時間を自分の好きなように使えるので、
私と同じような目的で行かれる方にはとても適しているコースだと思います。

また、スピーキングに重点を置いているので、スピーキングを伸ばしたい方にも向いていると思います。
Contact America!というプログラムでは、アメリカ人と交流を図って会話を交わす機会もありますし、
また、大学を訪れて講義を聴講したり、ゲストス ピーカーの公演を聞き、地元のイベントにも参加できます。

あと、週に数回行われるアクティビティのほかに、
芸術関係に力を入れている学校というだけあって、演劇、音楽、デジタルアート、ダンスなどのイベントも開催されます。
プラネタリウムなどの施設もあって面白いです。

この学校を選んで本当に良かったと思います。
楽しかったです。
